How great is it that we have our annual Poverty Bay A & P show going ahead this week! Obviously with a lot of uncertainty this year and many A & P shows around the country being cancelled, it is fantastic that our show is going ahead in its normality.
Being a rural agent, I know how important this event is for our rural and wider community, so it is great to be able to show my support and be a show sponsor. There are some feel good farming stories, and the most notable one at the show is the story about the sheep dubbed "Shrek 2", the elusive sheep that Rob Falkner has mustered up, is receiving huge media attention and can only help put a positive spin on farming and why sheep need to be shorn
Spring is a remarkably busy time for everyone on the farms and also in the real estate world, we are very busy looking over farms and working with people who are considering their next move. There is a lot involved when it comes to selling a farm, it can sometimes be a bit daunting, so if you would like a no obligation chat and marketing proposal please get in touch.
At Property Brokers we are a company focused on selling and marketing real estate, but we also know there is more than one way to help with exiting the farm, Other options can be leasing or equity partnerships. These are two options as a company we offer. Farmshare “the next generation of farm ownership” is my equity partnership model and is ready to get underway. We will be holding workshops about it soon.
I look forward to catching up with many of you at the show, and for all your rural real-estate requirements, whether buying or selling any type of rural land large or small please get in touch.
